Pandaimonium Records was created in late summer 1996

What first was an idea developed very fast into something real.

Before we started Pandaimonium we had been involved into several other labels, and had always been disappointed by the decisions the decisionmakers made.

We figured that it is tiring to be part of a system you can not change, that it is tiring to tell Bands that they won't get get signed because their sales potential does not qualify them to get signed. We left that attitude behind. We sign bands because we believe in them. Sometimes with a success - sometimes not. Would we do it again? Yes, we would! We believe that OUR scene has so much to give, has so many varieties and none of it should be left unheard or unseen or left alone. Call us naive if you wish but...
